A little more respect for Ron

Ron Paul is gradually beginning to make an impact beyond the Internet. Whether you call the Washington Times part of the mainstream media or not, it does publish on paper and it has some competent reporters and writers. Stories it runs get some attention in other media and sometimes inspire similar coverage. This story on Ron Paul, noting that he has risen from unknown to "sleeper," and somebody who could have a genuine impact on the Republican race features quotes from respectable conservative observers and people with a certain amount of savvy. May there be hundreds more stories like it in the months to come.
