Iraq-al-Qaida connection

Here's a link to the Register's editorial on the National Intelligence Estimate which was leaked so profusely last week. The main lesson almost nobody in the MSM seems to be taking: the war in Iraq is a huge factor in the strengthening of al-Qaida and other jihadist groups. We've planted seeds there that will unfortunately bear terrorist blooms for years, but the more quickly we can get out the better.
