With this passing for informed opinion the end of the newspaper as a mass medium can't come soon enough.

Any newspaper that doesn't allow comments is not even worth reading.

We tried this reform in 1986 and we are right back where we started, only worse in terms of numbers. We need to demonstate we can enforce the law before we pass new laws.

Otherwise we will just let in new immigrants AND illegals.
